In the clip, fans noticed something wasn’t right—the right side of his face wasn’t moving at all. He tried to smile, but only half his face responded, leaving many wondering if the chart-topping star had suffered a serious health scare.

While the cause remains a mystery, Lil Nas X didn’t lose his signature humor. He followed up with Instagram Stories showing close-ups of his face, joking, “I’m so cooked,” with a string of laughing emojis. Then came the reassurance fans were waiting for: “GUYS I AM OK!!
